As CENTURY 21 Advantage
celebrates its 7th anniversary this month, we take this opportunity to
take a look at the company's dynamic leader, Gina
Carr.
It's probably fair to say that Towne Lake
and Cherokee County have no bigger cheerleader than Gina Carr. Because
she is so passionate about her community, she has been involved in many
things over the years.
In addition to being known as the authority
on real estate in the Towne Lake area, she is considered a major factor
in many community efforts - helping secure funds for a new animal shelter,
helping build a community center at her church, bringing to light the
need for sidewalks on Towne Lake Parkway, and more.
Her current business ventures include CENTURY
21 Advantage, Advantage Mortgage, and three monthly publications - The
TowneLaker, Sixes Living Magazine, and viewtownelakehomes.com.
When people ask her how she does all the
things she does, she smiles and answers, "It's quite simple actually.
I surround myself with great people and let them do what they do best!"
"I am extremely blessed to have so many wonderful
people in my life. Several of my team members have been with me for many
years. I couldn't do all of this without them."
The Real Estate Team. By taking a
non-traditional approach to real estate, Gina's team has set the standard
for home buying and selling in the Towne Lake area.
According to Gina, her goal was to literally
change the way real estate was done in the Towne Lake area. "We wanted
to prove that buying and selling a home could be a more pleasant experience."

It must be working.
Gina's Advantage Team is recognized as the
number one home selling team in zip code 30189 for 2000 according to IMS,
Inc., an independent auditor of real estate statistics.
Her real estate team includes a number of
dedicated professionals striving to deliver superior service to home buyers
and sellers.
A different approach. "As an Industrial
Engineering graduate from Georgia Tech, I learned to apply a systems approach
to business issues," said Gina. "In the MBA program at Harvard, I learned
the importance of unique, proprietary marketing techniques. These tools
have laid the foundation for our success."
Gina's Advantage Team takes the role of "Towne
Lake experts" very seriously. They know the nuances of every street in
every neighborhood. They know what makes Towne Lake special and they are
able to communicate that to their clients.
In addition to doing a fabulous job of helping
buyers find the perfect home, the Advantage Team excels at helping people
sell their homes. The team uses its considerable expertise to 1) price
homes to sell, 2) market them aggressively, and 3) negotiate a win-win
for all parties.
"We are all very sold on the Towne Lake area.
We love it here and it shows in everything we do," said Gina.
Clients seem to agree. According to office
records, a lot of their business comes from referrals of past and current
clients.
The Magazine Team. When Gina sketched
out the first "Towne Lake Newsletter" late one night six years ago, she
had no idea that it would become such an important, beloved part of the
community.
