March 1 is National Read Across America day, and it's also Dr. Seuss's 98th birthday. In honor of Read Across America day and Dr. Seuss, schools all over are celebrating in a different way. At Boston Elementary, they are having a pajama party and all the students will spend the day reading books. E.T. Booth Middle School will have guest readers such as police officers as well as school administrators.

The National Education Association conducted an on-line survey of kids to find the "Kid's Top 100 Book List." Here are the top 50 books kids love to read: Visit www.nea.org/readacross for more information.
