 Cherokee County has many ways of letting parents know when school will be canceled or closed early due to inclement weather conditions.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

The Cherokee County School System offers an after school program at each of the elementary schools. The program is offered from the end of the school day until 6 p.m.

The cost is $6 in advance and $12 for drop-ins. There is a $10 charge for each 15 minute increment beyond 6 p.m.

A snack is provided at no additional cost.
