G Med Spa - A Gabriela Salon

From the

Towne Lake Business Association

May is upon us and many of us are planning for the summer with our families. It also is a very special month for that certain lady in our lives. The Towne Lake Business Association (TLBA) would like wish all moms a happy Mother's Day! For most of us, our moms probably are one of the most important and influential people in our lives. Moms, enjoy your your day.

Our annual TLBA Entrepreneurial Scholarship contest is in its final stages. We will announce the winners of two $1,000 scholarships at Honors Night at both Etowah and Woodstock High Schools. The winners will be announced in next month's column.

The topic of our April Lunch 'N' Workshop was "Legislative Update." The members and guests in attendance were updated on the 2005 Georgia General Assembly session. We also heard details on numerous pieces of legislation affecting us as business owners and citizens that were passed and defeated this year. We want to thank fellow TLBA member and State Senator Chip Rogers for leading the workshop. Please take a look at our upcoming calendar of events.

G Med Spa opened its Towne Lake location in 2004. Owner Gabriela (Gaby) Voiculescu has more than twenty-five years of experience as well as two other skincare salons in East Cobb. She was excited to bring the quality of services she offers to the Towne Lake area.

G Med Spa specializes in acne treatments, laser hair removal, Botox facials, cellulite reduction, massages, waxing and microdermabrasion, plus a variety of other skin care treatments. The salon also offers a unique product line, "G formula," which was created by Gaby using only FDA approved ingredients.

Gaby was born in Romania and came to the United States fifteen years ago and loves being an American citizen. She moved to Georgia from New York City and brought with her the quality skin care services she found in NYC, Paris and other major cities. Gaby is a member of the National Cosmetology Association and is aesthetic laser trained.

Gaby is equally dedicated to her community. She has generously donated to local schools for their fundraisers, various foundations, synagogues and sports teams. Gaby said, "Come and relax with us and let us help you achieve the best skin you've ever dreamed of having. We cater to women, men and teenagers; we are here to help." G Med Spa offers, by request, free skin care seminars called "Tips and Tricks."

The Towne Lake location is staffed by Marilyn Rivera and Christen Robbins who are dedicated estheticians.

As an introductory offer to Towne Lake area residents, G Med Spa is offering 20% off the first visit, and in honor of Mother's Day (Sunday, May 8), the spa is offering 30% off all skincare products.

G Med Spa is located at 1025 Rose Creek Drive in the Towne Lake Village Shopping Center and can be reached at (770) 928-1314. Please visit www.skincarebygabriela.com.
