Al and Dale Amandolia

Co-owners of Amandolia & Associates, Inc., Al Amandolia and his wife, Dale, have been in the remodeling business for more than 20 years. They offer full service structural repairs and restorations, water and termite damage repairs, and home improvements, such as basement and attic finishes, converting screen porches to enclosed rooms and room additions.

Al earned his reputation for quality craftsmanship while working full-time for the Cobb County school system. Former happy clients referred their friends to Al. He has continued to build his remodeling business since leaving the school system. Al, Dale, and their children, Sarah and John, moved to the Towne Lake area in May 2002. A native Atlantan, Al was born into a remodeling family 1 his father was a master carpenter and helped build many of Atlanta's most notable sites, including Six Flags Over Georgia.

Al encourages customers to become as educated as possible when interviewing contractors. Several pages of his website provide information on what to ask and look for when interviewing contractors. He also advises homeowners to verify that a potential contractor belongs to the appropriate trade organizations and the Better Business Bureau because these organizations have quality standards that must be met for membership. Amandolia & Associates, Inc. is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They also are members of the Towne Lake Business Association (TLBA) and the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce.

Al and Dale strongly believe in helping children. Dale is a Para pro and volunteer at Bascomb Elementary School. They also help sponsor the Calvary Children's Home Benefit Fishing Tournament. This tournament helps raise money for the children who live at the home.
