News From Around Town Community MagazinesAROUND TOWN/CANTON UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP“When Tiffany and I started Around Town/Canton four years ago, we had just moved to Canton and wanted to get involved in our new community. We are very proud to say that in the past four years, we have accomplished that goal.” That quote is from a farewell letter to the community from former owner/publisher of Around Town/Canton, Andrew Gehl. Tiffany and Andrew Gehl recently sold Around Town/Canton to fellow Around Town family members, Michelle and Brian Meek. The Meeks currently own and publish Around Town/Sixes Living. Of the acquisition, they said, “We envision the two magazines continuing to strengthen their communities, both independently and cooperatively. It is our pleasure to be an active part of the Canton community.” Around Town/Canton and the Gehls were the first non-company owned franchise of Around Town Community Magazines, Inc. We wish the Gehls the best of luck in this new chapter of their lives and look forward to working with the Meeks in regards to both of their publications!
